Website Use The content of this website is for your general information and use only. It is subject to change without notice. Unauthorized use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offense.

Product Information All products displayed on our website are for pre-booking purposes only. While we make every effort to display the products accurately, we do not guarantee that the color, size, and design seen on your screen will be exactly the same as the physical product. All jewelry is hallmark-certified, and details on purity will be confirmed at our store.

Pre-booking and Payment Policy We offer a unique pre-booking system to secure your desired jewelry. You may pay 50% of the total product value as an advance to reserve the item. This payment is to secure the product and is non-refundable. The remaining 50% of the payment is to be made at the time of in-store pickup. The final amount for silver items will be based on the silver rate on the day of final payment.

In-store Pickup All pre-booked items must be picked up from our store in Malkapur. You must present your pre-booking confirmation at the time of pickup. The final payment will be collected at our store, and ownership of the product will be transferred upon full payment.

Limitation of Liability Shri Varad Laxmi Gold and its employees shall not be held liable for any damages or losses arising from the use of this website or the inability to use it. Our liability is strictly limited to the value of the pre-booked product.

Governing Law These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Maharashtra, India.

प्री-बुकिंग आणि पेमेंट धोरण आम्ही तुमच्या पसंतीचे दागिने सुरक्षित करण्यासाठी एक खास प्री-बुकिंग प्रणाली देतो. उत्पादन आरक्षित करण्यासाठी तुम्ही एकूण उत्पादनाच्या मूल्याच्या ५०% रक्कम ॲडव्हान्स म्हणून देऊ शकता. ही रक्कम उत्पादन सुरक्षित ठेवण्यासाठी आहे आणि ती परत न करण्यायोग्य (non-refundable) आहे. बाकीची ५०% रक्कम दुकानातून वस्तू घेताना भरायची आहे. चांदीच्या वस्तूंसाठी अंतिम रक्कम अंतिम पेमेंटच्या दिवशीच्या चांदीच्या दरावर आधारित असेल.

दुकानातून वस्तू घेऊन जाणे प्री-बुक केलेली सर्व उत्पादने आमच्या मालकापूरच्या दुकानातूनच घ्यावी लागतील. वस्तू घेताना तुम्हाला तुमची प्री-बुकिंग कन्फर्मेशन दाखवणे आवश्यक आहे. अंतिम पेमेंट आमच्या दुकानात जमा केले जाईल, आणि पूर्ण पेमेंट झाल्यावर उत्पादनाचे स्वामित्व हस्तांतरित केले जाईल.

जबाबदारीची मर्यादा श्री वरद लक्ष्मी गोल्ड आणि त्यांचे कर्मचारी या वेबसाइटच्या वापरामुळे किंवा वापर न करू शकल्यामुळे झालेल्या कोणत्याही नुकसानीसाठी जबाबदार असणार नाहीत. आमची जबाबदारी केवळ प्री-बुक केलेल्या उत्पादनाच्या मूल्यापुरती मर्यादित आहे.
